We would like to camp in October. We looked on the Disney site, and plugged in our dates for a preferred site, even though we only have a pop up. Thought it would be nice to be near the dock. We also plugged in two day park hoppers. We can't afford more. My question is........would it be cheaper to just book the campsite, it is value season, and then get the park hoppers from ticket mania? I don't see a two day on their site, and doesn't Disney now offer pretty good discounts on pre-purchased tickets from their site? Also, after reading this site, anybody have opinions on if thi 1500 loop would be just as good? We have 6 children from ages 21 to 3 :grouphug: so we would need to be close to a bath house. We will put up a tent and our pop up. Thanks for any tips. :earsgirl:

We have a pop-up and always stay on the 1500 loop. You are right across the road from the Meadowland Recreation Center and only 1/2 mile walk from either the Outpost or the Settlement. The bus service is good, but if we're not in a hurry we tend to just walk.

The loop itself is smaller than some of the others, so at any spot you are fairly close to the comfort station. Also, a short walk from the comfort station at the 1600 loop (nice to know if 1500 is crowded).

I'd check into tickets at the Ticketmania site.
