Out on the east coast we use Gold Mobility when we need ECVs and they are always awesome, even when we did have an issue on this last trip (highly unusual), they were able to meet us faster than we could be ready to meet them and of course they worked with us accordingly.
Out here on the west coast, we had a company that seemed like they were on the path to become a similar company, unfortunately they were really just getting going and COVID hit, now it appears they did not survive. So for Taste of Knott's we rented from a different company. Their customer service was exceptional, we only had the ECVs for the one day, but they met us for delivery and pick up right when they said they would and were very friendly. Unfortunately the models of scooters they use were very bulky and had a very wide turning radius. They definitely were powerful enough; however, it was an upper body workout to turn them and just not a good fit for us. We met someone else who had the same model scooter that they personally owned and they loved it, so I know they are a good fit for some people.
The problem is the company has asked us to leave a review and we are torn on what to say, on the one hand, they are very nice and friendly, but on the other hand, the scooter models are not good for us. I am just wondering what others would leave for a review in such a situation?
FYI, the models they rented us were the Panther HD 4 and Prowler 3410, we normally use a Victory 10 and a Maxima when needed for comparison and unfortunately they don't rent the Pride line of scooters for some reason.
