What would you do?

Looking for advice from experts. Deciding what parks on April 30, May 1 and May 2. Based on the following, which day would you do CA and which DL?

April 30th - Magic morning to DL which we could probably do, though we are not early risers. Park projected to be a 7 out of 10. CA projected to be a 8 out of 10, no early entry, so we could arrive with everyone else at regular park hours.

May 1 - Early Admission to CA, which we will not have, so we will have to arrive at regular park hours, potentially an hour later than early admission people. Crowds projected to be an 8 out of 10. However, DL has dapper day this day, which makes the park also projected to be a 8 out of 10. If it makes a difference, this is my birthday.

May 2 - we technically have part of this day too, and we could hit another park for part of the day. Which park would you take another part of a day at?

If you have MM, then do DL on sat, CA on Sunday at opening, and then your pick on Monday.....I'd lean DL since it doesn't have early entry that day.

Yes, do MM on the 30th. It is tough, 7am, but that is the draw, not everyone that has MM can do 7am. If you can rally the troops to be there by 6:30, those first few hours will be amazing. You can do all of Fantasyland and Tomorrowland probably twice in the first two hours if you try. Don't get any FPs until around 9. Cut out and back to hotel for lunch/rest at noon when crowds are swelling.
