Ok, after sorting through the comments, here's what I believe you are asking:
You are staying at Pop Century.
You'll be leaving DHS to have dinner at Yachtsman Steakhouse at 8pm
You'll walk towards the Swan/Dolphin, past the shared plaza, across the street to Fantasia Gardens for mini golf.
You want to know if you can avoid cab fare by using Downtown Disney as a bus hub late at night.
The answer: Yes you can. If you walk back to the Swan or Dolphin, you can catch a bus back to Downtown Disney and then switch to the Pop Century bus. The buses will run late to accommodate places that are open until midnight or a little later. When Pleasure Island was still in the club business, the buses were running past 1am. I haven't been back to DTD since they closed PI, so I don't know for sure. I'm basing my logic on Raglan Road and Paradiso 37 hours of operation as benchmarks.
But keep in mind, if you pick up the bus at the Swan, you will be stopping at Dolphin, Yacht, Beach and Boardwalk before heading to DTD.
