DH and I are possibly going down for 3 nights in the beginning of January. We'd be bringing our 15 month old (at the time) son.

We know we're going to go to MK, where would you go for the 2nd day? We're only going to do 2 days in the parks so the trip is kind of relaxing. We want to get the most bang for our buck in terms of the little guy enjoying things.

I know he'll never remember it, but I live for the here and now. ;)

Thanks!

Well I like Epcot but for a 15 month old I would do Animal Kingdom. I am sure he would love the animals. They also have The Lion King Show and the Finding Nemo show. Also Camp Minnie Mickey is great for seeing the characters. It also seems to me to be a slower paced park. Have a great trip.

MK and AK! I love DS, but there is not much for little children...same with Epcot (IMO). Another option would be 2 days at MK so you can take your time and really take in the sights and shows.

We only ever go to 2 parks because of my gumpy DH. The first year we went DS was 14 months and we went to MK and Seaworld acctually. DS loved both. Last year went went to MK and AK and are going to do the same this year (DS will be just over 3).

AK is great for DS. He loves the animals, the rides he can go on and the shows.

We might go for a short trip in Aug with my Mom, no DH. We will go to the parks for 3 days and will try Epcot. We still plan on going to MK and AK though.

It isn't my favorite park, and we often skip it, but I agree a little one would love the animals at AK. If it were me I might do both days at MK, but I know many would disagree.

Also, hi neighbor, we are also in Rochester.

Enjoy the snow!!! I'm loving it...:cloud9:

Our DS was only 15mos when we went last year and he loved MK and AK - he especially liked Rafiki's Planet Watch with the petting zoo and we got to meet Rafiki there - and DS actually hugged him! It was GREAT! He loved the Safari ride and walking through the Trails, as well as the Lion King show and It's Tough To Be A Bug.

But, 2 days at MK is also a good idea - you could just play it by ear and see how much you get done at MK. If you think you've done what you want then go to AK, if not, you can just back to MK. Good luck! :goodvibes

Yeah the snow is crazy! We got sent home from work early because the roads are so bad. I can't wait to take the little man outside to play in it tomorrow.

Thanks everyone - I think you're all right...he LOVES the zoo, so AK makes the most sense.

I knew I could count on everyone here for the best advice :)
