Several weeks ago I took my daughter to a Disney hotel for a week for her birthday. We did not realize until we got home that she had left her favorite doll in the hotel room. I called the hotel and made a lost and found report and left two detailed messages for the manager. My calls were not returned. I called again and got another manager on the phone. I again explained how important this doll was to my daughter. The manager said she would check the lost/found room and call me back. She called me back and said the doll was not in there. She called me again and asked for a better description of the doll. She said she had sent a cast member to the store, that she wanted to replace the doll. (Which I thought was VERY sweet). She said she would mail the doll right out to me. It has been almost a month and no doll. What would you do?

Call again. If u have the managers name ask for her or speak to another person and maybe say u want to verify if they have ur right address to send the doll. Simple as that.
