What would YOU do with $6,000?

A local medical society was selling tickets recently to raise money for the scholarships they give out.

They were selling only 700 tickets for $20 each. The prize is a $6,000 travel voucher with AAA. You can split it into two trips or use it for one. Travel to be completed within 18mos.

Drawing not until May I believe but I'll start dreaming now haha.


What would YOU do with a $6,000 travel voucher?

Go to Disney World.

I would WANT to use it toward a vacation to the Seychelles which is a group of islands off of Madagascar. I did a report on the country in the 7th grade and immediately fell in love with the sandy beaches and pristine waters. It is SPENDY though so I would use the $6,000 towards it and pay the difference (probably another $2-4k).


But that requires a lot of time off work (2days travel each way).


I would probably end up doing a European vacation or break it up into two trips a cruise and DL

I would use it for a family trip to Disney World and stay right on resort.

I would use a small portion of it towards a roadtrip on Route 66, followed by a trip to Disneyworld too bad you can't use the $6000 as downpayment for a Club 33 membership xD
