What would you do if you won the Lotto?

Oh thats easy:

1: Pay off debt
2. Buy new house in Florida and in Montana
3. Donate to charity and my church back home that helped when I was on bedrest.
4. Trust fund for children
5. Help out family members that knew I was family before I won the lotto, not after.

Buy two new cars.....

Give my mom and dad and brother and mother in law some money.

-Buy new vehicles
-Buy a house - actually probably build a house
-Take a loooong trip to WDW and travel for a while
-Take a vacation with our friends and family
-I'm sure DH would want to buy an RV
-Invest!
-Set money aside for DS and possible future children
-Set money aside for our neice and nephew to go to college
-Help our families - DH always said he'd pay off all debt of our parents so that they are starting with a clean slate. We'd probably also buy my mom a new house...she doesn't make much but always helps us a lot and gives us so much. Also help our grandparents out so that they fully enjoy the rest of their lives.
-I'd quit my job, but eventually I'd need to find something to do....I'd go crazing just staying at home! Maybe do some charity work and volunteer.

Just read some other replies and got some ideas.
I'd hire a personal trainer to help lose this baby weight I'm still fighting a year later. Also would hire someone to clean our house and cook when we decide to stay in.

Okay, since I have no debts or what not...mine will all seem horribly shallow and what not...but hey, I'm 13!!!



1. Buy that $28,000$ Tiffany's necklance I've been 'eyeing'

2. Get season tickets to the Red Sox and Patriots.

3. Buy a Mini Cooper, and BMW Z4

4. Buy a house in Florida to go to all the time to visit WDW

5. Set aside money for my college tuition...it is my education

6. Go on a really long, fancy cruise

7. Get a pool and hot tub

8. Go on a shopping spree


I think That's really it...and the rest of the money I'd give to charity, and give all of my family money...since who could really spend all of that money themselves?!

It would depend on how much money I won. If I won a decent amount...say $3-$5million...
1. Build a 2 car garage with a family room above
2. Replace our front sidewalk and front retaining wall
3. Hire a handyman to come in and fix all the "little things" that DH just doesn't seem to have time to do
4. Hire a landscaper to come in and get my flowerbeds under control, and then come back 2 times/month to keep them under control!!!
5. Buy some more DVC points
6. Get a financial planner and make some good investments for retirement living
7. Research some charities and set them up for some kind of endowment
8. Help out those friends and relatives who wouldn't EXPECT to be given money (and yes, I do have one relative at least who would expect to be given money if we won a large amount).

I'd probably still work 2-3 days per week...I think I'd miss taking care of my patients and miss my co-workers if I didn't.

I am sure DH would still work, unless we won SO much money that he needed to manage it full time! LOL!

Fast forward an hour...we're at her house, mom and dad arrive...We're all happy tears...and my mom says.."We have to say thank you..."

So there we all are, on our knees, crying and laughing....Dad gets up to take the ticket and put it in a safe place, my cousin is calling the Limo Company to take all of us to dinner...

When Dad says "It's not a ticket...it's a PRINT-OUT of the WINNING NUMBERS!!!!!"

Can't win 'em all....
