What would you do? Halloween or 1st week of Oct?

I can't decide what to do...go Oct 29-Nov 6 as originally planned or go Oct 1-9 with free dining?
My biggest concern is Hurricanes!!! I would love to take advantage of the free dining deal but if a hurricane comes I'd have to cancel and lose my vacation. Anybody else in this quandry? What would you do if it was you?

can't let hurricanes stop you from going hopfully it was a fluke and won't happen like that for years. i too am bothered by them but i at least want to go to a halloween party once in my life. plus its my bd month so i will be taking my chances like you. if you have to follow a budget then go with the dining plan and lets hope its not to crowded. my concern is if its hot. i figure closer to halloween the worst the crowds. so i say what the heck go for it,the first of oct.
