What would you do differently?

YES! YES! YES! I really thought that it didn't matter who I was with, as long I got there. That is so NOT true (said like Chandler from "Friends"). I have learned the hard way that who you go with is 50% of the trip. Next year if I can't find someone who wants to go, and is excited, I AM NOT GOING! :thumbsup2

hehe I just got a video ipod and am going on a Friends frenzy...I hove about a season and a half on that little thing Including that episode I this its caled "the one with the Ick Factor" I just love that show.I can watch an episode a million times and it still makes me laugh

Cut down our time at MGM. We did a full day last year, but didn't really need to. This year we are going first thing in the am, then spending the rest of the day in the pool, then heading back for Fantasmic.

Spending more time at AK. We didn't do as much exploring as I would like. I want to spend more time on the trails and just looking around.

We always spend alot of time at MK and Epcot, and that's the way I like it. I would like to slow things down and spend more time relaxing and hanging out in the pool.

I actually want to spend more time at MGM. I really wanted to do Playhouse Disney for my son, and I want to see the Beauty and the Beast Show. I loved TOT and could ride that over and over and of course RnR coaster. The canceled Fantasmic on us due to weather so I need to see that. I also loved Voyage of the Little Mermaid, and I want to see the Streets of America. Oh and meet some more characthers there that we missed. I just really liked the atmosphere there and would like to hang out there for a while.

One thing is I think I'd do the dining plan. Figuring out what we would eat was our biggest time waster. I hope to get in on next years free dining if they do it again.

I'd also like to take MK at a slower pace. We tried to slow down the second day, but I think because of the crowds it just makes you feel rushed even if you really aren't. I want more pictures of me with the characters too.

Let's see...the only thing I would do different is spend more time at Epcot..We just love it there now that the kids are a little older!!!

Tried the Dole Whip, and can't say that I would do it again (I know...heresy to some!). The dining plan is a defintie for our next trip. It would have been easier if I figured out from home where and when we were eating each night!!!

I think for our upcoming trip, I would like to take the time to see the parades and fireworks at each of the parks. The last time we went, the only parade we saw was the one at MGM - and that was because my DS is obsessed with the Power Rangers!! Also, I might go on the adult rides with my DD. It was DH who went on the rides with her last time, while DS and I looked for characters and went on milder rides. I would also like to take more photos of the parks, not just the kids with characters.

Less time at MGM, more time at Epcot and AK! If it were up to me, we'd skip MGM altogether since our time is limited (will only be there for 3 nights) but DD8 really wants to go to the Honey I Shrunk the Kids playground and meet Kim Possible. 2 hours tops at MGM on arrival day is the plan...then back to AKL to enjoy the resort! :thumbsup2 We're also planning on spending the last day at AK before catching our 8pm flight home.

Here's our list:
-Eat more Dole Whip
-See Mickey's Philharmagic (we have never seen it) :3dglasses
-Leave BIL home :thumbsup2
-Skip Indiana Jones and Lights, Motors, Action. We've seen them twice and they don't change, although anyone who hasn't seen them should go to each at least once. popcorn::
-Visit more of the shops and stores in each park :drive:
-Ride the safari at least twice :simba:
-Meet more characters :sulley:
-See Flights of Wonder :tink:
-Spend more time just enjoying the time we have there :mickeybar

- more pre-planning before we leave from home- expecially around meals and snacks
- pack less stuff
- plan for non-park days so we can do water parks and enjoy resort, DTD
- see Fantasmic
- try to catch SpectroMagic
- maybe try the get to parks early and leave break strategy...I do make this attempt every year but I find it really hard to leave the parks once I'm there.
