What would you call this?

DH is always leaving the back door unlocked. I want an automatic locking door knob or deadbolt. One that IS NOT electronic, just mechanical. My mom used to have one on the door of her office because she was always rushing out of there with her arms full of folders etc. So I know they make them but I can't find any online. All my searches come up with electronic locks or the heavy duty kind that are on movie theater fire exit doors. Any ideas? Thanks.
