What would you ask for this...

I have a Homelite Brand chainsaw, paid $149.99 for it and it comes with a nice solid case. It's pretty much new, only used once to cut a branch and it's a few months old. My uncle would like to buy it, I told him I wasn't sure of the amount I wanted, figured about $100 or so would be fair, since he was looking to pay $160 for a new one he saw at Sams. He said he would call me back later after he thought about it. Do you think $100 is fair?
We live in an apartment now so I doubt I'll ever use it so it wouldn't be too bad to sell it but I don't want to go too low either.

He wants to pay me for it, he called the first time asking how much he could give me for it. We are a young couple and could use the money. I've always paid for things I needed or wanted from them, nothing free there.

The price sounds fair to me. However, you will know if it is more than he is willing to pay if he decides not to buy it.
