I'd lower the amount of people in to have better crowd control during peak months.
Get rid of Swiss Family, Astro Blaster and Stitch Ride.
Make characters more accessible (more characters in the parks more often)
Better quality food inside the parks



Other than that, Disney does a top-notch job.

Totally agree! They actually hurt...or at least were very uncomfortable.

if i was to change dinsey i would lower the amount of ppl who can come to disney world.. only on the days im going.. thats selfish but hey...

Yes that is selfish and there's no reason for that to be a good thing.
I'd take away some restaurants cheaper, others with better food quality, some both.
More (not too much!) safety restrictions on potentially dangerous rides.
Have celebrities from past and future Disney Movies visit, sign autographs, take pictures (like with characters).
