What would I do to try to get free upgrade for CR

I'm going to disney (magical gathering though not all staying at the same hotel) the weekend before and the week of Thanksgiving. I've got my reservations ( 2 groups are staying in the CR) and ticket park hoppers with the meal plan. I would LOVE to get a free upgrade to the concierge level. I know we will be in the tower already. What if anything could I do and when would I do it to get this free upgrade?

I have never gotten a 'free' upgrade, and from reading these boards I can tell you they are kind of rare. There is only one way to get one though. It simply takes pixie dust!

I see you are going Thanksgiving week which is one of the busiest weeks of the year. I would guess concierge would be full and there would be no chance of an upgrade.
