In no particular order:
Le Cellier - Great food, nice servers, nice atmosphere. Always a good experience (well, other than that one time I order a "chef's cut" steak...never order a "chef's cut", whatevertheheck that is other than bad).
1900 Park Fare - For either breakfast or dinner. The buffet is always stocked with fresh, hot, and good food. The strawberry soup is to die for. Omlettes to order at breakfast. The character interaction is great. "Face" characters are really fun to converse with.
Narcoossees - Casual elegance at it's best....and wonderful food to boot. Oh, and the Electrical Water Pageant and MK fireworks while you are eating. We can't forget about those (if your timing is right).
Princess Storybook Breakfast - Norway, Epcot. Have young daughter, must be on the list. Forgo overpriced CRT for this one. The food won't knock your socks off, but it's solid and you have the princesses for those who must have 'em.
Beaches and Cream - Cute theme, nice servers, great burgers, and wonderful ice cream. It's a throwback....just don't go during peak dinner times.
Cape May Cafe Character Breakfast - This one has moved down my list since they did away with the Crispy Creme's, but it's still a very good buffet. Fresh fruit and berries are wonderful. Characters are fun.
Wispering Canyon Cafe - The interaction is a lot of fun, especially if you have kids. Hey, and the food is pretty darn good, too.
Cosmic Rays - My wife would kill me for putting this one a top 10 list, but the kids would never forgive me if I left it off. Yes, it's cheesy, but Sonny Eclipse is also a lot of fun. A caxi tab in Yew Nork, hehe, it actually funny in the "show". Oh, and for counter service the food is ok.
Casey's - It would seem un-American to leave this joint off the list. Good old hot dogs and fries with America's favorite past time. It's a great meal to eat at the curb whilst you are waiting for a parade. It's a tradition.
Rainforest Cafe - Yes, it's a chain...but they have gotten harder to find. The atmosphere inside is wonderful and the food is decent and reasonably priced. It's a great option at the AK, where there aren't a lot of options. The "Banans Foster" desert is a fave of ours.
