What would be your Dream Job at Fort Wilderness?

This is the dream job because I dreamt up the job! My job would be to greet and thank every family when they come back for a repeat visit to the Fort. I would invite repeat customers to a weekly appreciation coffee and donut breakfast that would be held at the Fort. (Again, a dream that makes us all feel part of the Disney family.) And, when a family reaches a significant number of visits, that family would receive a dinner certificate and a mention in the campground newsletter. As a great bonus for the repeaters, I would give creat a secret code that you could use and the reservation clerks will prioritize all of your future reservations.

Extra bonus of my thank you program: we might just meet each other at the weekly breakfast event and share our camping stories.

That's because he's still on vacation mode!:cool1: Going through any withdrawl..being fresh home from FW? I enjoyed reading your posts while you were there..giving us a play by play of FW:thumbsup2 .hope the trip home wasn't too grueling.

It was LONG, but we still think it was worth the extra day at Disney :) We couldn't find a campground open that late so we stayed at a Flying J. Not ideal, but it worked. We only made it to northern GA on Saturday because of the construction on I-75 NB. Took about 27 hours total driving time to get home once you add it meal stops, rest areas for the dog and gas stations. We tried to combine as many stops as possible which lead to two interesting meals at Iron Skillet (Love Travel Plaza) and The Cookery (Flying J). I think next time I will just plan the extra day from the start and have regular campgrounds to pull into at night ;) and take the minivan to regular restaurants.

Call me a Dreamer ..

Hmmm.... That dream sounds almost like the old days where there were great shareholder discounts and benefits!;) Back in the 90's..those days are long past. But you can still dream!:thumbsup2

MY DREAM JOB!! To ride security on horseback thru the loops. Work in the stables. I could even enjoy the wagon rides!!

This might sound crazy but I would like a job that escorts people to their site and help them to get in the site, I drive tractor trailers and do a lot of yard work( backing trailers on docks) and after a long drive for some people that can be a nightmare, but it does not bother me.

:dancer: I'd be the official beer price reducer, aka Arte Moreno.

I'd like to drive a bus around the campground. You get to see the excitement of a new day in everyone's faces in the morning and tired satisfaction at night!

I would like to dress up like pooh to join chip and dale at the campfire.. Sorry obsessed with pooh and the fort.

I guess if I had to take a job at FW my dream job would be gator wrestler snake charmer and armadillo hurder LOL...
