OMG I would love a Brussels sprouts burrito, with some shaved parmesan and sautéed in balsamic vinegar until crispy...

As a kid I hated Brussel Sprouts but later in life I found Spicy Brown Mustard. We never had it in our house. Tried it on broccoli and peas and it improved taste so tried it on Brussels Sprouts --- WOW!!!

Make sure that it is 24 month aged Parmigiana Reggiano

No. It's 9/10 of the story. If liver cost as much as ribeye, it wouldn't be offered. It isn't even remotely the most popular item. And once the early bird crowd dies off, liver will go the way of aspic (fancy word for savory jello mold)

Actually, it is the best selling entree at the two family style restaurants near our house according to their managers. Restaurants wouldn't have it on the menu if it didn't sell. And it will take another 30 years for the early bird baby boom crowd to die off, so it will be around for a while.
