What would be on your perfect menu?

If you could pick and choose from any menu in WDW, what would your perfect meal look like? Here's mine:

Bread: Rolls and garlic from Yachtsman
Appetizer: Chicken and Chipotle Sausage with Polenta from Le Cellier
Entree: Surf and Turf - Filet Mignon from Yachtsman with Fried Fish from Rose and Crown
Side: Mac and Cheese from Jiko
Dessert: Almond Crusted Cheesecake from Narcoossee's
Drink: Conundrum from Cali Grill

Ok. Now I'm hungry. I wonder what's in the fridge....

Hmm, interesting.

Bread: Sourdough from Le Cellier. Pretzel bread is good too, but my heart belongs to the sourdough. Butter from Artist Point though, the black salted butter is very good.

App: This is a toughie. My favorite app over the past 2 trips was likely the Aracini from Via Napoli though. It was very tasty.

Entree: Another toughie. Nothing really wowed me this year, though most everything was good. It'd be a toss up between the filet at CG and... hm. Not sure. Strip at FF was good, as was the strip at Mama Melrose as was the steak at Hacienda and the buffalo from Artist Point...

Side: Another tossup, the garlic potatoes at the Plaza were VERY good, and they were the same at Kona. The "risotto" at Jiko was also very good.

Dessert: Banana Creme Brulee at Kona, or the Maple at Le Cellier. I never had creme brulee before this past trip, and tried those two plus Jiko. All were good, but two above were very good.

Oh crap...I could agonize over this for days.

Bread: A slice of sourdough from Artist Point, a roll from Garden Grill, and a roll from Coral Reef. Garden Grill's would be with their maple butter, the other 2 with the salted butter from AP.

App: I have to consult allears for this because I never get them. Now that I read through them I really don't see anything that appeals to me other than the Tavern Fried Cheese at Liberty Tree Tavern. If this is really my dream list, I guess I'd say the old fried cheese item they used to have at 50's Prime Time.

Entree: Definitely the buffalo from Artist Point with the sides that used to come with the salmon, which were roasted fingerling potatoes and Pinot Noir beurre rouge. I wouldn't mind an additional side of the mashed potatoes from Coral Reef.

Dessert: the old chocolate cheesecake with Grand Marnier whipped cream from Artist Point, or the Chocolate Wave from Coral Reef.

Drink: never had one at Disney before but based on descriptions I'd go with the Torontopolitan for Le Cellier or the cosmo slush that's at the F&W festival right now.

Appetizer-House family-style salad at Via Napoli
Entrée-pomegranate barbeque tofu at Grand Floridian Café (not on menu, but all chefs will make it)
Side-grilled vegetable pasta salad at Whispering Canyon Cafe
Dessert-coconut sorbet at Les Chefs de France (I wish the strawberry shortcake at SS was vegan!)
Drink-Grand Colada at Grand Floridian Cafe

Dessert: Chocolate Indulgence from Artist Point

Drink: Grey Goose Slush from France

Appetizer: Cauliflower soup from Jiko and Salad from Spirit of Aloha Dinner (Mango-Poppy Seed Dressing)
Entree: Surf & Surf - Lobster from Narcoossee's & King Crab Claws from Fulton's
Side: ???
Dessert: Pineapple/ Vanilla Swirl Dole Whip from Aloha Isle (or Capt Cooks)
Drink (Alcohol): Lapu Lapu from Kona
Drink (no alcohol): Pog from Boma

Other dessert options:
Fulton's used to have a 4 layer ice cream cake for dessert that was the best, but it is no longer on the menu. I also liked the chocolate mousse at Le Cellier (shaped in a moose) if that is still there.
