I know it's a while before New Years and I don't really plan to make any resolutions anyways, but I got to thinking what would be the hardest "bad habit" for me to give up if I was going to try.

And without a doubt it would be drinking diet Pepsi! I am hooked on the stuff. I can easily go through a 2 liter bottle by myself in LESS than a day and a half. And when I don't have it I get very irritable. Just ask my DH! :rotfl: I don't drink coffee so that's my caffeine. I need it.

What would you say would be the hardest for you to give up?

Well, I'm a Coke addict.

I've given it up, and with cutting back on other stuff, I've lost 15 lbs. I still sneak a Coke about once a week or two though....

Definitely Diet Coke. I gave up smoking and also drinking Diet Coke when I was pregnant with dd. Guess which one I started up immediately after I had delivered? :rotfl2:

I've cut down to 2 a day now but I can't seem to get through the morning without those 2 Diet Cokes.

For me it would have to be soda's in general. More specifically, Diet Dr. Pepper. I love this drink.

Coke (as in cola - not cocaine! LOL)

I get major caffiene withdrawal headaches if I don't have a Coke by 10am

chocolate....im a chocoholic...and raspberry snapple (snapplers support...SS!)

This may sound crazy but I don't think I could live without tomatoes! I eat tomatoes every day, in salads or on their own. Just can't get enough of them! :goodvibes

And no, I'm not pregnant... :rotfl:

Caffeine would be most difficult. I need some, either hot or cold, to jump-start my body in the A.M.

Alcohol :teeth:

that will be hard to give up being I will be in Amsterdam in April - LOL!

For New Years resolutions I read that its easier to add something to your routine instead of taking something away - more chance to stick with it

I must have Diet Coke to function as a normal human.

Without it I am a disaster.

For me it would be Diet Pepsi and chocolate. I'm trying to limit both of these items but the thought of completely giving them up freaks me out.

Mine would be my morning coffee with fat free French Vanilla coffeemate. I cannot live without it. I've been eating alot healthier as of late and I feel so much better than I used to, but I just can't cut that morning dose of caffeine out of my diet.

I must say that this sounds pretty bad to be admitting on a message board :rotfl2: Just kidding :rotfl:

For me, giving up coffee would be pretty tough!

Giving up Diet coke. I love getting my Diet Coke from McDonalds in the morning before work. Some people love coffee. I LOVE my Diet Coke! I have tried to give it up but I can't seem to do it.

Well the hardest thing to give up would have to be Dis boards !!! soooooooooooooooooooo I'm not even going to try.. ;)

the 2nd thing would be Chocolate... I'm addicted to chocolate...

I've been know to make a triple chocolate layer cake with chocolate pudding and chocolate frosting with chocolate chips in the cake part on those really "stressed" days...

:rotfl2:

Hardest thing to give up for me would be
1. smoking (nasty habit I know tried to quit ... can't .... people don't like it when I try.)
2. coca cola ( I don't drink coffee either so that's my caffeen)
3. CHOCOLATE
In that order
