With the New Year quickly approaching, so is the "what will you celebrate promo". It is my understanding that if you have registered you will receive an email two weeks or so prior to your B-day that you take to get your free admission? If this is correct has anyone with early January B-days received the email yet? DD has a late January B-day and wondering what to keep my eyes open for.

DBF's birthday is the 7th, he is registered but we have received no emails. We are just going to stop by the ticket booth to pick up his fun card on his birthday, as far as I know all you need to do is show your ID and you're good to go. :)

My birthday is Jan 9th and I received my email yesterday afternoon. Only problem is that they have the wrong date listed - Jan 1st!!!! :sad1: I'm not sure how this one is going to be fixed. I just hope they get my kids' birthdays right!

Good to know, I'll keep my eyes peeled for the email. Looks like they aren't sending the email out very far ahead. Sounds like according to PP only four days or so. Hope it all works out for everyone. After the New Year if someone who has received their free bday admission could post on here and let us know how it went, that would be great. We don't go the park until the end of January, so it would be neat to hear how it all works. Like if you truly need a registered copy of a birth certificate for children to prove B-day. TIA

If one does not receive said email, it is o.k. Because one still needs to go to the ticket window, in order to take part in the offer. According to the Disney site, to have your email confirmation with you, will make the process go quicker.

So, if his b-day is the 7th and they are sending them about 4 days before we will already be there! LOL Huh.....

It is o.k. Pixie, everything will work out fine at the ticket window. The timing so far though, does seem to be cutting it rather close.

:)

I'm not too worried about it. We can try to get online at the resort if we think we really need the form for him. I don't think we will tho, I think we can just show his ID. I'm sure he'll have to fill something out but that's why we will go a little later in the day. :)
