We went this past Aug and are going Aug, 2016. Will anything be open and running that is new? I think the new frozen ride will be up by then in Epcot. POC was down this past Aug. so we are looking forward to going on that. Will anything else be new by next August? Thanks

I hadn't heard about night time safaris; our 7yr old will be over the moon about this! He is our animal lover and seeing the animals at night would be wonderful new experience. If this is the case we might have to add one more day to our tickets and spend an afternoon/evening at AK just for this experience! Thanks for the info. I'll look into it!

Skipper's Canteen restaurant at MK. Morimoto(?) at Disney Springs. The new chocolate store there as well.

Sort of. They added in the Star Wars Launch Bay in the old Animation Building. Meet and Greet with Darth and Chewie, some memorabilia to look at, a short film
They also revamped Jedi Training

It's currently scheduled to end March 20th. Probably will be extended but worth pointing out it's got an end date right now

To add to the list of what's coming in 2016 there will be a 3rd screen for Soarin', new digital projectors and a new movie, Soarin' Around the World

Only thing for certain is they will do something at night at AK at some point

It's been confirmed to be part of regular park events. All will be included.
