What went wrong at the time of purchase??

What the heck went wrong at the time of our purchase? How the heck did I ever let my DW talk me out of buying more points? Now I am kicking myself! It seams like I am either in the borrowing state, or renting from another member. As I am in the process of trying to plan a quick trip with 2 of my kids this summer, I have to turn to the renting process AGAIN! And let me tell ya, it isn’t easy!

UGH! Why did I listen? I NEED MORE POINTS! UGH!

Well, at least you ARE going to Disney! Hope your situation improves, sounds like a few doses of add-ons would help.

I thought the original closing went very well at WDW. Then I found out first hand how easy it is to add-on over the phone - Disney sends paperwork, you put your signature in a few spots & voila you have more points ! Try it, you'll like it !!

No matter how many points you buy, you will never have enough.

I know the feeling since DH wouldnt let me buy as many as I wanted. But after our trip back to Disney and staying at OKW DH agreed that we needed more points. So with a quick tour of of DVC we added on. Dont be suprised we may just add on again via phone before May gets here. If you think you will always use the additional points I would go for it and add on.

Better either add now before the price increase or buy resale!

Yep, we made the same mistake, but we caught it right away and added another 150 in the first year. We now have 380.

Same here, we bought 150 initially and have added on twice! (since 2002! )

To ve fair, my parents added a small contract (70 points) onto mine for their use for as long as they want. Then when BWV became available, just HAD to add on there for 100 points (and these are mone, all mine!)

I think I am good for awhile

I listed my Vero Beach Points (100) and Hilton Head points (400) on Monday with DVC by Resale - in 2 hours, my Vero Beach points were sold and by the next day so were my Hilton Head points.
