What week are your children off from school for Easter/Spring break ?

The public school in my NY area is off this week, April 9 - 13 , 2001.
My children go to private school and are off next week, April 16 - 20, 2001.

If more schools are in session during their Easter/Spring break time - we may go to WDW next year.
Maybe less crowds ? Ap rates available ?

Yes we are from Jersey....Home of the dreaded crowd producing November Teachers Convention! But have no fear. I am NOT a crowd contributor. I opt to pull my kids out of school off season for our vacations. <IMG WIDTH="15" HEIGHT="15" SRC="/infopop/emoticons/icon_razz.gif" alt="razz">

I, too, am in New Jersey but my DD's vacation is the week of April 22-28th...go figure!

My daughter's and I are not off until April 27 though May 6. Then is back to school for summer session for 2 of us and a break for my oldest before entering grad school.

We live in CT and our children have off April 16-20 this will be the second year in a row for that. It all depends on when Easter falls. We would be in WDW right now (woulda left 4/13) but I changed jobs in the fall and unfortunately didn't have the opportunity to go. But, we did schedule our vacation this year for Dec 1st and I can't wait to go back!!
