Very good question, I also would like to know. I have used Travelocity to see what catagories, and amount of cabins in each available catagory were available, but not how full the cruise is.
you have to act like you are making a new cruise booking. It shows available cabins but I dont think it shows ALL available cabins on your ship just ones that maybe Travelocity has booked to sell? Anyway just go and click on cruises, fill in the information and then pretend like you are going to purchase the cruise but you can back out way before you have to do anything.

That is still the best way to see how full the ship is - there isn't anyplace that will show all available cabins for a particular cruise. Be sure to only put in that there are 2 passengers or you will further restrict the number of available cabins. The only way to check Cat 1 to 3 is to call DCL directly.
