What was your major in college?

Fine Arts. I seriously wish I put that money away for a house. (I could have a nice one, too!) Ah well!

I eventually want to work for a Veteran's facility. We live on base now and there are a few openings here for a BSW working with Deployed members and member's family that are dealing with PTSD.

Wow. generally the most experienced clinicians work with people with ptsd--psychologists or very experienced LCSW's.

sorry I digressed.

Artium Baccalaureus (proper Latin for Bachelor of Arts) in Art History.

Master's degree diploma says Master in (not "of," in) Architecture. A university trivia type told me that little distinction is actually somewhat unique!

I some how ended up blending (well, sort of) these two disparate degree tracks into a single profession. I run the design function at a hospitality conglomerate.

I have a BS in Computer Science with an emphasis in Information Management.

DH and I both majored in math - mine was applied math and his was with a concentration in finance.

Both of our degrees have been useful since I became an actuary and he's a statistician. We love being math geeks.

I majored in psychology ('07) and nursing ('09). I didn't have the opportunity to get a job directly related to my first degree but would have loved to because I really enjoyed the major. I am now working as a nurse.
