wHAT WAS YOUR VERY BEST ON SHORE EXCURSION. I THOUGHT EVERYONE MIGHT BE INTERESTED IN THIS
I KNOW I AM SNOOPING AROUND FOR INFORMATION

My vote is for the Tulum Ruins tour. It is quite a commitment of time, but is a well run and very interesting tour.

My all time favorite - swimming with the stingrays in Grand Cayman. Just an amazing experience. Whether you book through DCL or one of the other operations (Captain Marvins for example) if you are on the Western do it!

Horseback riding on the beach with Nicki on Grand Cayman Island.
For a horse lover, it was pure delight - a dream come true! My son (then 8) and I had the most wonderful time ever!

(Nicki's is a non-Disney excursion)

i also would agree with the stingray excursion in Grand Caymen.

Swam with the stingrays in Grand Cayman (was on the Voyager of the Seas last summer -- their excursion) and Jungle Jeep Tour in Cozumel http://www.travelnotes.cc/cozumel/tours/jeep.html.

Rae, we're looking to do something other than swimming with the stingrays in Grand Cayman while on the Western this June. My niece is a nut about horses. Does Nicki have a website? TIA

Second vote for horseback riding with Nicki's on the beach in Grand Cayman. Swimming with the Dolphins (non Disney) in Cozumel was a once in a lifetime experience. The Jungle Jeep Tour (Disney) was an absolute blast! Swimming with the Stingrays was also a great experience.

Golden Eagle Catamaran on St Maarten was my absolute favorite. I have such great memories of that!

However, the 12 Meter Regatta on St Maarten and the St John Eco Hike are close seconds!

The absolute favorite was the Royal Swim with Dolphins at Chaankanab park in Cozumel! With Sting Ray City in Grand Cayman a very close second!

we really enjoyed the champagne catamaran trip in st thomas..the trip out was great, the lunch was awesome and the snorkeling was fantastic..they made great margaritas

We've had a few but our favorite was an excursion, we did on our own, no tour company. While in port at St. Maarten we took a ferry to Anguilla and spent the day on Shoal Bay Beach East, it was so heavenly. www.anguillanews.com

We'll be going back there on Nov 2, would anyone like to join us???? Leaving on the Disney Magic Oct 30, for the GREAT HALLOWEEN CRUISE.:bounce:
