What was upgrade that ended February 18th

I booked a MYW package on 2/18/07 and thought that Free Park Hopper was included but priced online and am getting the same quote. Called not so helpful CM and she told me quite curtly that it was for Water Park only. I didn't get passed on to the survey this time...

The promo was free upgraded tickets from basic to park hoppers w/ water park.

The tickets weren't free. the water park upgrade was included at no extra cost

There was no charge. The water park and park hoppers were added to the park tickets at no charge.

When you called did you give them the code that was on the disney website for the package? Also was the dates in the time period of the special? The last day to arrive was June 2.

I booked this package and the CM I talked with asked if I had a code for the package. I gave her the code which was on the disney website which was ZFF. She said there are so many codes and she didn't now off hand what package that was with out the code. After I gave her the code she pulled it up.

You might want to check online with the conf.# the CM gave you and see what it says. I know mine say something like MYW Package with free upgraded tickets (park hoppers/water parks).

I called back and got a friendlier soul and told her that when I booked the CM did not ask me for a code. She upgraded the tickets after her supervisor looked up the codes. I saved about $250. Thanks for your help!!!

OK, I booked on 2-12-07 and didn't get a free ticket upgrade. I did the survey but got nothing. Am I supposed to get the park hopper and water park for free with the MYW base tickets? Should I be calling a CM. If I do get the ticket discount can I get free dining IF it comes out???

The free ticket upgrade was for stays Apr 15 - June 2. You had to check in by June 2 to receive the free upgrade. From your signature, you're going in September so you would not be eligible.
