What was the going rate for x-mas week

Our home resort is the Boardwalk and I was just curious if owners still only charge $10.00 per point for this peak season? I know that for this year it will be 390 pts. for a 2/2 preferred view.Thank you for your time and input.

While I do not rent, the rental price is fully negotiable betwee owner and renter, it is a private transaction. Given the number of points for the week vs. the lower point seasons, I'm sure some owners do charge $10 per point. Other owners may look at it as a high demand week and up the price per point. Either way, they can ultimately only get as much as the renter is willing to pay.
