What was the difference between the regular Disney mini bean bag plushies and the Mouseketoys plushies?

I collect Disney plushies and I noticed that some of the Disney Mini Bean Bag plushies I had from my childhood had a Mouseketoys tag and I would love to know if it's the same as the Disney Store plushies or was Mouseketoys used as a name to market the theme park plushies? Do the theme parks still use the Mouseketoys name for the plushies sold in the theme parks today?
