over in epcot, what was in the building next to mission space as it now is closed off?

i remember years ago seeing a show that you had been sitting in the head of a young man and the screen in front was the view thought his eyes. i'm not sure if this was in that building or not - or what this attraction was called?

It's the old Wonders of Life pavilion - you're remembering the Cranium Command attraction. The pavillion has been closed for years, after losing its sponsor (MetLife, I believe?).

Disney uses it for private and special events, now. I went to an Illuminations dessert party a few years ago that had the "dessert" part moved indoors (we still went outdoors for special Illuminations viewing) because of the weather, and it was moved to the WoL pavilion. It was kind of neat, but sad, seeing where all of the attractions used to be. It's just event space, now.

There were a few attractions in there... Making of Me and Body Wars were the others.

Fun fact: More people got motion sick from Body Wars than Star Tours even though they're the same ride simulation. Except in Body Wars, once you "entered the body" the temperature was raised inside the cabin. Warmer air can make you feel more sick than cooler air.

The DNA strand outside the building is supposed to be a real life size of a section of DNA.

There was also something particular about the shape of the building, but I can't remember what it is.

I've also been in there for Food and Wine Festival, as well as Flower and Garden.

It's also rumored that when they built Soarin' the original Food Rocks was left in place behind the queue.

Cranium Command was one of my favourite attractions. I am still sad that the Wonders of Life closed.

Cranium Command was one of my favourite attractions too. they should use the building for something....

Cranium Command was a wonderful attraction. I was shocked when they permanently closed the pavilion and see it as just more of the gutting of Future World.

I still remember DS getting a kick out of feeling the shapes and then looking to see what the item was and I also remember huffing and puffing on the stationary bikes. They also had a good place to get frozen yogurt. There was also the controversy about The Making of Me.
