What was Horizons?

I am surprised that they have not done anything with the building. It would be cool to go in now and see if it still looks the same.

They tore the building down shortly after closing the ride. Mission Space sits on the land that Horizons used.

As for Horizons, it was probably my favorite ride at Epcot. When ever I hear the name Horizons, I think of the orange smell from the desert scent. I like Mission Space, but I miss Horizons every time I'm back at the park.
