What walking shoe do you use?

I like Mizuno Wave Creation and switch between them and my pair of Saucony.

About the best advice I have ever received regarding shoes I will pass along to you. Go to a specialty store and have yourself fitted properly. Getting the correct shoe is so important. If the shoe does not feel good in the store it will not feel good later.

I also have found that I prefer the running shoe over the walking shoe, even when walking is what I will be doing. There is more cushion for me and I need that.

Brooks, Brooks, Brooks. I just love this brand. I always get a running shoe, but they are light as a feather and fit my wide foot/narrow heel just great!

After trying on about 3 other brands I finally found the Ryka's and I can't tell you how much I LOVE them! I didn't want to take them off....lol

I have had them for 5 days now and just can't believe I have never had a more comfortable pair of shoes!

If anyone is looking at new shoes try the Ryka brand they are heaven!!!
