What type of apple do you like? If at all

I went to the grocery store this morning. I guess I didn't realize all of the varity one has to choose from. Red, Granny Smith, Green, Fuji, Gala, Pink Lady (I thought of the movie Grease when I saw this),and another one that starts with a B. I can't remember the name of it now.

I'm sure that there are many others. I like Gala. It was a sweet taste with just the right amount of crunch.

How about you? What is your perference?

Fuji and Gala are my favorites. I like that they are always crunchy and not grainey. Sometimes a nice Granny Smith is good too.

I like Gala but I only use it as a means of eating caramel dipping sauce. Using my fingers is just, well gross.

My DD-7 loves granny smith apples, she's eating one right now. How I raised a child who likes healthy snacks is beyond me...

I love Macintosh. All other apples pale in comparison. Except maybe for Golden Delicious, those are pretty good too.

But the Macintosh has such a great flavor. It is the winner in my book.

Is the one that starts with a "B" Braeburn (I think that is how it's spelled). My favourite is the Golden Delicious, but I like Royal Gala too. My favourite snack is a Golden Delicious apple, chopped up and sprinkled with cinnamon, then dipped into fat free caramel yogurt. Heaven!

Braeburn is my faourite apple, and I average three a day - Together with other fruit. I usually don't eat anything but fruit before noon and prefer fruit for a snack between meals as well.

Yes Skywalker that's it. I forgot about the Macintoch and golden delicious. My dd love granny smith with peanut butter. My Dad likes them with salt. UGH!

Caramel sauce - I agree. Perfect!! The apple is the spoon.

I LOVE apples but if I eat them whole, I break out in hives around my face and get an awful tummy ache! But I do absolutely LOVE Fuji apples, they're delicious! yum yum yum! I prefer desserts with apples instead of plain apples though. Apple pie, apple turnovers...you name it, I'll eat it!!!
