i don't remember if i've seen all of the older shows, except M*A*S*H, i know i've seen all of those, and likely I Love Lucy. i've seen every episode of Gilmore Girls, The Closer, Eureka, Criminal Minds, Bones, CSI: Miami (gave up on the original after Grissom left), Castle and CSI: NY.

ETA: Buffy The Vampire Slayer-LOVED that show!

Kung Fu: The Legend Continues is the only series I can think of where I have seen every single ep.

Others that have come close would be:

Babylon 5 (caught it mid 1st season)
Knight Rider (I had a crush on David Hasselhoff back then)

I don't think there is a single tv show that I have seen every episode of. MASH is probably the closest but a couple months ago I watched it and it was one I had never seen before. I just don't watch all that much tv.

Doctor Who (if you only consider the "new" series, but considering the impressive history of the show, I really can't count that one)
and more than likely, Golden Girls

...and yep if given the first 10-15 seconds of an SG1 or Atlantis episode, I can probably outline the plot of that episode in 10 words or less. How embarrassing.
