What transportation from international drive to Dowtown Disney?

We are staying offsite doing Universal, but we would like to go to downtown disney for the evening. What would be the best transportation to get there? We called a taxi service and they said $35 one way. Anywhere else cheaper?

There is a bus that goes by DTD but I am not sure what the bus number is. Maybe someone else can comment.
