What tour?

In July we went on Walking in Walts Footsteps Tour at DLR California and in the past we did 2 VMK tours in the MK WDW. Now sadly VMK is no more and we wondered what tour people have been on in WDW that you highly recommend for our next trip (hopefully next August). There is quite a list on the official Disney website, but which one is the one to choose? Don't want to do the Segway one though and DD will be 17, if that helps.

Keys to the Kingdom
Undiscovered future world
Dolphins in depth (want to do again!)
Back stage Magic (twice!)

We have also done Walking in Walts Footsteps Tour at DLR & VMK tour (still miss VMK)
Only other we have done is Keys to the Kingdom (last month) it has something for everyone, if you don't know much about Disney you learn a lot, for us we knew a lot of it but still learnt enough to be worth doing.

We're going to do the Behind the Seeds Tour next month, only a short one but hopefully it will be interesting. Would loveto do one of the behind the scenes tours but the kids are too young!
