What to use to avoid lockers?

I do not want to have to use lockers at every ride. I am trying to figure out what to use & would like to hear what others used to carry their stuff. I would have my iPhone, small camera, sunglasses, park tix, $, room key. I looked at a small wrist wallet, but that won't hold camera or phone. I am thinking about getting a waist bag, but would prefer something slim (not bulky like fanny packs).
What do you suggest?

At Hulk, Duelling Roller Coaster, Escape from Gringotts and Rocket Roller Coaster you will. They won't even let you walk on with a wallet in your pociket.

If they see the crossbody they will make you put it in the locker at the rides that make you use lockers. I use the same type (I got mine at a Coach outlet) and they made me put it up everytime. They also made my mom put her fanny pack in one.

I'm guessing if the pocket is zippered he'll be okay.

The sunglasses seem to vary in my limited experience. Most TMs seem okay with them if they have a strap, but some very strictly enforce the prescription glasses only rule. (My mom had to explain her sunglasses are prescription glasses at Rip Ride Rock-It for example.)

Very very very helpful. I think I'll forego my Cedar point strategy and just hand everything to my DH (since he won't ride any of these big coasters). If they are going to be fussy about what is in zippered pockets, there's just no point.

Do they pat you down? How do they know what is in your pocket??? Say if the pocket is zipped? How would anything fall out of a zipped pocket?

They can see bulges (holy heck that was a weird autocorrect). It's not the falling out they are concerned with when there's a zipper, but idiots taking things out while on the rides. They can't trust anyone.

They can see ulcers.

Exactly. after being seated take out a cell phone and record the ride. I fully understand the reasoning.

DD and I used runners belts and were able to wear them on everything. The hide under your shirt and have 3 prong clasps. They hold more than you think they would - I had tickets and my phone in one pocket, chapstick and other little things in the other one. Definitely loved being hands free.

If the link posts - these are the ones we had (running belt by Guthrie Gear)

Thanks for the link! I ordered two of these (one for me and one for my daughter). They came yesterday. I love how thin these are while still holding our iPhone 6 in one and ID/cash/credit card in the other pocket. These will work perfectly!

Check out this running belt - it looks even more awesome - it will lay perfectly flat and act just like a pocket. I am so tempted since I hate anything bulky.

Thanks for the link! I ordered two for my husband and myself, and they came yesterday. I immediately made sure I could fit my Note 4 (w/ flip case) in it, which it did. I did get the "large pocket" version which said it fit larger phones.

You are very welcome :)
I ordered only one at first because DD was a non-believer. When it showed up she called me at work to tell me I was nuts. When I got home and showed her how well our phones and misc things fit, I had to order another one for her.

I actually saw a lot of people carrying bags onto the rides you're not "supposed" to carry them onto. Granted, I didn't do any coasters, nor would I be happy to see people bringing anything onto coasters (I have this huge fear of getting hit in the head with a falling object from a coaster). Saw lots of small crossbody type purses and such going on Gringotts and Forbidden Journey, though.

I bet you saw them carrying them in lines, but not onto the rides.

Anyone can go into the line, so if you're not going to ride you can carry items.

I saw many people carry small bags, phones, etc. onto Forbidden Journey. I know my sister had her phone on Gringotts but can't verify what other people brought on because we did single rider the second the attraction opened and boarded the ride within a minute or two.

I bought the Kipling Multiple & it's perfect! I was worried it might be too bulky, but it's not. Yet I can put what I need in there. Thanks for mentioning it.
