What to tip poolside

I know there is an automatic 18% included pool side but we have never ordered pool side. We are going down in August this time and I'm sure we will be spending lots more time at the pool. So how much extra do you normally tip?

[You would think 18% is enough,but they gotta split that with all the pool staff.I normaly give 5% to the waitress/waiter personally.Now if you sit at the bar they wont take it,atleast the bartender I had./B]

When we stayed at RPR in june and had some drinks a poolside bar I tried to tip bartender and he told me it was not nessary since it was added in.
Don't want to sound cheap but I didn't plus it was pretty expensive

That's what I needed to know. I was hoping since it was included that they didn't expect it. It's one thing if your service is phenominal, it's another if it's just average.

Exactly the way I feel,so they may get A personal tip or not.But when I stay poolside for a day the service is excellent,so I do tip accordingly!!
