What to sign up for at 75 day out?

Hello-
I am a couple of days out of registering for our first ever Disney cruise. We are at the 75 day mark since we have no status. Besides a Palo/Remy lunch, what else can I sign up for at this point? No interest in cabana. Is this when I sign up for the Princess and Frozen meet and greets? And the Disney Jr breakfast? Am I missing anything else?
