What to replace WCC lunch with?

We are visiting the world in October and I had made an adr for wcc for lunch on our non-park day thinking my 10 year old son would get a kick out of the antics. But now that the antics are gone, I’m thinking I need to find somewhere else. Any suggestions? Maybe somewhere at Boardwalk? He loves sports, so espn? The places I already plan to dine at outside the parks are Rainforest Cafe, Homecomin’, Boathouse, Raglan Road, and HoB. We did Trex last time and weren’t impressed. What else might a 10 year old boy enjoy outside of the parks but on property?

Splitsville is fun...bowling and great food

I think this would be a lot of fun, too. My DS10 LOVES ESPN on the Boardwalk, but there isn't much else going on at the Boardwalk during the day. If you want to eat at ESPN, I would do it in the evening so you can also see the jugglers/magicians and play the carnival games. Or, if you decide to eat lunch at ESPN, perhaps pair it with a surrey bike ride, a boat rental at YC and/or mini-golf at Fantasia (which is within walking distance of the Boardwalk.) Or perhaps, Trails End and the archery experience at Ft. W?

ESPN Club has some really great food. When my husband hears me say I'm booking Disney, he always has to say and ESPN Club.:teeth:

If he likes Indian food or is an adventurous eater, Sanaa is a good choice. You can see the animals in the Savana from the restaurant.
Boma is another good choice. Its a buffet, so they can pick what they want to eat.
If he is really into sports, he probably would enjoy ESPN.
