We are going to WDW in May 2002. I want to make it as cheap as possible by using reward programs. I've already figured out what to redeem most reward programs for. However, Milesource has me stumped. I want to redeem for supercertificates ..... but what should i redeem the supercerts for??? We are staying at the Swan, so hotel gc's are out. Already paid for the plane tickets with web certificates. I want to redeem for food ..... but other than Rain Forest Cafe and Planet Hollywood I am stumped. Any other choices???
TIA!

I would love to hear others' thoughts on this also. I always have the hardest time with that stuff.

Last time with milesource, I used it at estyle.com for the purchase of a new stroller for our trip, but I won't need to do that next time.

The only suggestion I have is to use it for movie tickets. Although, that's not what we do when we go to Disney! Oh, what to do!

I'd love to hear other ideas also. I just redeemed my supercertificate for a $25-gc to Fridays and a $25 gc to Planet hollywood. Next time I think I will cash them in for Pizzeria Unos and another Fridays. I like to cash them in for restaurants that are also in my area, just in case. I would love to get a rainforest cafe but the lines are always very long and they closed the rainforest cafe in my area. Happy planning!!!

If you are staying offsite or will be renting a car, I'd recommend redeeming for Olive Garden. The Gift certficates that will be sent to you will be good at three restaurants-Olive Garden, Red Lobster and Bahama Breeze. There are quite a few locations for these restaurants in the WDW area.

I highly recommend Bahama Breeze. The food is wonderful and we had a great time when we ate there. There can be quite a wait for a table at the busy time of day, but if you go before 5PM you shouldn't have to wait too long.

Just remember that the GCs will have expiration dates which are usually a year from the date of issue.

I redeem my supercerts for Marriotts (for the way down and back - we drive), then I concentrate on Rainforest until I have enough for there, then Planet Hollywood.

Past that you can use them for off site restaurants if you will have a vehicle - there are a number there that would work.

Another possiblity would be for department/discount stores at home where you would buy trip related items (new swimsuit, film etc).

They used to have Ghiradelli's on their list but I believe they no longer carry that.

And I am not sure about AMC but I do get the AMC movie packs from other online programs and we have a downtown Disney night at the movies with snack.

I was wondering the same and thought I remembered seeing a Burger King at the Atlanta airport if you have to go through there like we do. I was wondering what other sit down restaurants were in the airport there too.

When I don't need the hotel certificates, I redeem for TruGreen-Chemlawn, as they do our lawn service on our rental home. I pay them with the GC, then I write a check out of the account and put it into my Disney Jar.
