What to put on kids' ID

I got each of the boys (8 & 10) a lanyard with a coin purse. I want to put something in it for ID. I know to put their names and our cell phone numbers, what else?

I'm going to laminate them, so I'd like them to be a bit more generic, so they can use them when we go to other amusement parks and stuff. I can put a sticker on with our condo location and Disney dates.

Am I forgetting anything?

For my kids (DD9 & DS7), I just wrote their names, my name & cell #, and DH's name & cell #.

for are ids we put names ,cell phone#s , and allergies to food and medications , and then we printed them on a bright colored paper so it will be seen and made extra copy's to Carry with us in-case they get wet or lost , even the adults have to wear them so the kids cant say you dont have one on also the rule is you can not go out of the room with out it on

I second Grumpy D's suggestion of Allergies - my DD is allergic to Penicillin so I wrote:

If I need medical attention I am allergic to Penicillan.

My kids had cards with the reservation number on them, because I am pretty sure Disney can get the rest from that. But there was also our cell phone numbers and the number of someone at home that they could talk to while they waited for us, if they were upset or if DH and I were incapcitated.

We do all have a lanyard, and the boys are excited about wearing them. I'll also slip a copy into their fanny packs (they will be carrying their own stuff!).
