I am using the luggage tags we recieved for my children's safety tags incase they get lost.

What information should and should not go on there?

Thanks!

It should include your name and phone numbers (preferrably cell phones you will be carrying in the park). You may wish to include an emergency contact who you know will be available to answer the phone if they can't reach you (cell dies, no service, etc). It does not need to contain your address... unless you are planning to have your children mailed home :cutie:

You may want to include any pertinant medical info (allergies to food or meds in case of accidental exposure, etc).

We put the child's first name, two cell phone numbers where a cast member could reach us if the child did get lost, and the Disney hotel we were staying at. Just remember to put the ID where people can't see it, that way strangers can't call your child by name. Then show your kids what a cast memebr looks like and tell them that is who they should go to if they get lost. Disney knows what to do from there!

I put mine and my boyfriend's first names, our cell phone # and the hotel we are staying at. It is advised to NOT put a child's first name on any ID tag ever. If someone were to kidnap your child, calling them by first name is one of the things these people do make the person appear to know your child, and to gain trust from them.
