What to put in letter advising of VR??

We are doing a Vow Renewal for our 10th anniversary, in April of 2010. I want to send something around to family and friends letting them know of what we are doing, what they can do, and if anyone wants to come along. But i have no idea how to word that? Anyone done something like that who can offer some pointers??

We just sent ours out last weekend, we are having a VR on our 5 year wedding anniversary! HTH!
