I think you should take some medicines & i would advice to take minimum luggage for your tension free travel because its for sure that you are going to buy so many things from there also .

Just got back from WW. I got everything i needed even found two pair of cute jeans(20.00 each) for me way cheaper than JCpenny jeans i wanted(37.99). Well i head off to the graden section to pay. There were 4-5 people ahead of me and the gal was slow. I'm the next in line and start putting my stuff up. I think to myself "wow i really didnt need many things' Then i notice the earplanes are not in the basket. i must have dropped them. I get out of line and go get another pair. I get back in line this time in the front resigster in the store. I spent only $36.00 . WOW i was suprised at how good i did. I get hom and noticed many things missing. I realize at some point i must have grabbed an eempty basket and resarted shopping. I was kinda out of it because my leg and knee hurt. I feel two weeks ago and now my darn knee and leg decide to give me a hassle. Its hurts to bend my leg back or to squat to seat on the toliet. I've been taking advil but not much help. My leg feels tight and i feel a muscle or nerve in my but that sensitive. I leave for wdw on Friday, hope i survive.

you poor thing! I hope your leg starts to feel better. Do you think a soft knee brace (like this) would help it at all? You'll be doing a ton of walking at WDW. My MIL was having problems with her knee before she went on an 18-day trip to Europe and this is what her dr told her to wear to help support it. She said it did seem to help.

I have one here somewhere but cant find it. Reading your post made me realize this is one of the darn items i forgot-lol! I have a massager and i used it on my leg. Funny thing it started to loosen it up once i massaged near my ankle. Most of the pain was behind the knee on the back of it and in the front in my thigh above the knee. It feels better but i will massage it again tonight and 3 times tomorrow.

Traveler's diarrhea happens when you consume food or water contaminated with bacteria, viruses, or parasites. You should take precautions to prevent traveler's diarrhea when you go abroad you should carry some medicines that have loperamide (Imodium) and bismuth subsalicylate (Pepto-Bismol)
