I would definitely say to pack like you are going to MK for the day. However, your car will likely be easier to access at SW. You could potentially leave some things in the car if you would like.

Unlike Disney parks, SeaWorld does not allow you to bring bags and other belongings on most rides. You will have to leave them with a non-rider or rent a locker near most rides ($0.50 small, $1.00 large). They are pretty strict on this, and employees at ride entrances will usually prevent you from bringing such items into queue lines (effectively preventing you from simply leaving a bag in the loading station while you ride). Keep this in mind when deciding what to bring into the park.

what rides do they not allow bags on? Or should I ask, what do they allow them on? I am not sure we will be riding any.

Manta, Kraken, Journey to Atlantis, and all of the kiddie rides in Shamu's Happy Harbor. The kiddie rides have a few small boxes and hooks where belongings may be stored. For the major rides you cannot bring items into the queue and must store them in a locker or leave them with a non-rider. There are a few boxes in the ride station for last minute items that the operators deem forbidden to have onboard, but you can't rely on using them instead of a locker because usually the employee at the entrance won't let you enter with a forbidden item. Fortunately, lockers at the rides aren't too expensive.

but you are still aloud to bring bags into the park right? like if I have a small bag with snacks/waters?
