what to mix with coconut rum

Ive had my 1/2gal of coconut rum sitting here waiting for our cruise since DH gave it to me on Christmas. Its wearing a note "Dont touch me, Im going on a cruise"
I was originally going to bring along pineapple juice to mix with it - any other suggestions? looking especially for less fat/less sodium.

Oh, pineapple juice sounds great. I think orange juice would also be nice, or a mix of both. Try visiting the Captain Morgan's website, they usually have a bunch of great recipes.

I LOVE COCONUT RUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Try some Pineapple, orange banan juice!!1 Yummy!!!!! And believe it or not Coke or Pepsi so try Diet. Let us know what you come up with!!!!!

I have visited a website called www.idrink.com and when you go on there you put in all the ingredients you have in your house and they spit back all the drinks you can make with what you have on hand. It's really cool!

I like to mix it with Crystal Light raspberry drink. YUM! Warning though --- that Parrot Bay Cocunut Rum [as well as other brands, I would imagine] are pretty high in carbs [sugar]. A good substitute is plain ole rum with your favorite mixer and a splash of DaVinci Cocunut [sugar free] syrup.
