What to expect

So booked Yellowstone Suite for next X-Christmas...what should I expect till then and what should I expect when I get to the resort's front doors..

. . . it is nice suite
. . . nothing overboard, like at GF, but nice
. . . of course, you get rights to the Club Floor lounge and snacks

and what should I expect when I get to the resort's front doors
. . . when you get inside the lobby, a concierge will greet you
. . . they will take you upstairs for check-in
. . . however, sometimes, you do check-in at the regular Front Desk
. . . if the Club Floor concierge is busy, they come after you check-in *

* Regardless of what is said, I have witnessed this PERSONALLY on
many occasions. In fact, on several occasions, the guests did their
check-in at the lobby concierge desk by me.

Is it possible to get the reg stocked in the room before we get there?

what do you mean by REG ?? Dont think they stock foods etc if thats what you are asking. You can have food items delivered from local stores or even ship a box of supplies from home via UPS.

Pretty sure you have access to Club level offerings in the club lounge area at specific times of the day for certain things.

Yep was trying to get an answer.

It might be a good idea to look at the concierge thread on this board and read about the different services and do a search about WL suites. You may find many of the answers you are looking for.
