At our meeting with the wedding coordinator?

Will we get to taste the foods? If not, how do we know what menu we want?
Can we see only 1 ceremony, 1 reception and 1 dessert party place? Or is it 3 of each?
Any other tips to make as much of this meeting as possible? It may be our only one before the wedding!

...if you have a wishes ceremony you will have a food tasting...you have to give an idea of some of the things that you would like to try...

Are you going for a planning session or a site visit?

If it's a planning session you will be sent all the info in a packet to fill out about everything from food to flowers/decor.

If it's a site visit you will visit up to 3 sites... maybe more if time permits.

If you want a tasting session, you need to request it—it will be on the same day as your wedding planning session.

The number of locations you can see on a site visit varies depending on your wedding consultant's schedule and the sites' availability. Your site visit is not necessarily on the same day as your planning session, but it can be.

Hmm maybe I should email her. We're in NJ, so we're only going down for a week for a vaca and then back up, I don't know if we'll make it down for another one.
