What to expect on a medium crowd day?

Wondering if anyone can tell me what to expect on a day that Undercover Tourist is calling "medium" for Universal Studios. Try as I might, I'm having a hard time getting everywhere on a low day. And if anyone can tell me what SeaWorld is like on a Sunday, that would be great too.

I'm in last minute panic mode!

I would guess waits of up to 30 minutes for the more popular attractions...the rest shouldn't be an issue at all. I'm including SW in that guess too. The parks should be very manageable. All the parks are pretty slow now until Thanksgiving weekend so it's a great time to go.
